On 2 flours with 250m² living space, laid out with white marble and Persian rugs the Villa Tessa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and a big livingroom all central heated, Kitchen with oven, induction cooker and dishwasher.
The 2000m² Palmgrove park is at your disposal and for you wellbeing you find in the Villa Tessa a Sauna and Fitnessroom.

All rooms have Seaview, aswell as a spectacular view on the rough coast of Tenerife and the beautiful mountains.

1. Unfortunately we cannot consider short-term bookings
2. Unfortunately we cannot consider bookings under 7 nights
3. Children(2 to 11 years) receive 50 % discount (with supplemental bed in the parents bedroom)
4. Children over 12 years (with supplemental bed in the parents bedroom), 30 % discount
5. After booking a 30 % deposit is required
6. By noncompliance your reservtion can not be assured. On cancelation the deposit is not refunded.
